Job Description
For a Product Company based out of Noida
Must Have
• 10+ years of relevant experience in designing & developing and architecting
systems/software for large business environments (Java, J2EE).
• Strong design and coding skills in Enterprise Java, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, REST
web services, JMS (ActiveMQ), Caching, XML, and JSON.
• Experience with multiple integration technologies/frameworks.
• Must have good experience in Unix/Oracle/SQL.
• Proven experience in handling system transaction management, scalability and stability in
microservices-based architecture
• Experience in any communication framework (MQ) is an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile Development, Scrum, and Iterative approaches.
Experience in One or more of below -
• Activiti BPM
• DROOLS Rules Engine
• Integrations with authentication protocols and Frameworks oAuth/ SAML/ LDAP/
Kerberos
Responsibilities:
• Participate in requirement-gathering JAD sessions and support documentation
• Troubleshooting design flaws and system bottlenecks.
• Performing validation tests to ensure the flexibility and scalability of the Java
environment.
• Assisting the software design team with application integration.
• Resolve or raise queries and get query resolution on areas which are unclear, ambiguous
and which need more information
• Develop high-quality code as per standards, tiered coding, business layer coding, interface
development and service development as needed
• Highlight any potential risks to the appropriate stakeholders
• Ability to solve complex software system issues
Personality Requirements
Should be able to mentor, give long-term roadmap and drive and own technology initiatives. Can look at people from Small Product Startups or Mediocre Companies.
